Aluminum Customization Instructions:
1.We are a 100% aluminum profile processing factory with 15 years of experience, specializing in customized products based on customer requirements. We provide materials such as 6063, 6061, 6082, and 6005. Please provide drawings and specify the application and material requirements.
2.For commonly used profiles such as aluminum pipes, aluminum rods, and conveyor profiles, we have standard molds available. You can inform us of the dimensions or contact us to choose from existing mold specifications.
3.The minimum order quantity for customized products is generally 500 kg, with lengths ranging from 3 to 6 meters per piece. Please inform us of any special requirements.
4.Some profiles require surface treatment, such as oxidation or coating. Please specify your exact requirements.
5.Profile prices are calculated based on weight, using the aluminum ingot price on the day of ordering. Therefore, quotations may fluctuate.

What is the lead time for manufacturing new molds?
A: Typically, our lead time for developing new molds is 10-15 days.
Do you offer samples? If yes, is there a cost associated?
A: Yes, we provide samples free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for the freight charges.
What is your delivery time?
A: The mold development and sample confirmation process takes approximately 12-15 days. After the buyer's deposit is received, production duration is usually 15-25 days.
Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we welcome both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) orders.
